Shipping Policy

At Signal Fulfillment, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Processing, production, and shipping timelines vary depending on the products ordered and their availability.

Standard Orders

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day, provided all items are in stock and available.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Production Lead Times

Some products require additional production time before they are ready to ship. Estimated timelines are as follows:

• Executive Wear: 7–14 business days for production, followed by an estimated shipping time of 1–4 business days.

• State-Specific Orders: 2–7 business days, subject to product availability. Processing times may vary depending on heat press order volume and the number of items included in an order.

• Business Cards: Approximately 8 business days for production following approval of the submitted proof.

Production timelines begin once the order is submitted and, where applicable, all required approvals have been received.

Important Shipping Information

• All orders and estimated timelines are subject to product availability.

• Production and shipping estimates are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

• Orders containing products with different production timelines may ship separately or together once all items are ready.

• Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production requirements, inventory availability, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
