RETURN PROCESS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your SFC purchase, please let us know first.  Email or call us for guidance on how best to proceed.  We may be able to resolve your concern without you having to hassle with a return.

 If we are unable to resolve your concern, the following procedures and policies apply:

  1. Signal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all return requests in part or in full
  2. Merchandise will be considered for return only within 60 days of original shipment
  3. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise unless the product being returned was damaged or defective prior to the original shipment, or if Signal shipped the product to you in error
  4. Returned goods will not be accepted without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). To obtain authorization, please contact shopteamsignal@teamsignal.com with the following information:
    1. Item number (SKU or Part Number) of the product you wish to return
    2. Description of the product you wish to return
    3. Unit quantity of the product you wish to return
    4. Reason for your return request for each item
  5. Upon approval, you will receive an email with an RGA reference number
  6. Please carefully box your items with the email authorization for reference, and ship pre-paid to:

7. Please allow 2-4 weeks for disposition of your return by email

 RETURN CREDIT POLICY

  1. Merchandise will be considered for return only within 60 days of original shipment
  2. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included
  3. We strongly recommend selecting a trackable method of shipment for your return
  4. After we receive your returned item(s) and inspect its condition, we will process your request. Qualified returns will fall into one or more of the following dispositions:
    1. Full credit refund. Credit will be applied to your Franchise Account Statement, however shipping charges may not be refundable 
    2. Full credit refund less shipping charges and restocking fee
    3. Partial credit refund
    4. Merchandise exchange. For example, if you received the wrong size or item color, Signal will exchange what you return for the correct size or item color at no additional cost
    5. If a manufacturer warranty applies to the product you purchased and are returning, Signal will honor the terms and conditions of that warranty on their behalf.  If you file a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer, you will no longer be eligible for additional credit from Signal
  5. If you are returning a product because it was damaged or defective before it left the Signal Fulfillment Center, Signal will refund the cost of return shipping. Please include a copy of the shipping invoice either in the return package, or by email to shopteamsignal@teamsignal.com
  6. Any/all credit issued will be applied to your original form of payment
